Consulting's basic package begins at $750 and
includes the below services. We are happy to customize a
package for your Wedding day if you'd like
more or less assistance than what is listed
below!
We will:
Meet
with you for a FREE initial consultation to discuss your style, personality and
vision for your wedding day
Offer
guidance and assistance as needed prior to our wedding by answering questions and
giving you ideas and
suggestions
Review
all of your vendor contracts and contact vendors (venues, florist, caterer, entertainment, photographer, etc) to confirm all details
are correct
Create
a detailed timeline for when everything will take place for your rehearsal,
ceremony, reception and all vendor arrivals
Coordinate
your wedding so everything runs smoothly
Arrive
on location day of your wedding to oversee set up of florals, linens,
tables, decorations, seating arrangements, rentals, cake, band, DJ, chair
covers, etc. and receive all deliveries
Assist
your wedding party, guests and anyone else with special needs
Oversee
the gift table and guestbook table
Keep
the bride and groom on schedule with transportation, ceremony and
reception
Direct
your wedding ceremony and assist in processional line-up of wedding party
Gather
and cue wedding party for entrance to reception
Troubleshoot
and act as a behind-the-scenes managers with all vendors
Gather
remaining personal items (guest book, toasting
flutes, cake-serving set, cake topper, gifts from guests, etc.) and put them
in a safe place
Make
sure everything is perfect and just the way you want things
